There are no upfront out of pocket expenses to use SoldUp. We charge a tiered platform fee based on your sale price — $2,950 for sales under $1,000,000, $3,950 for sales between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000, and $4,950 for sales above $1,500,000. The fee is only payable once you have an unconditional contract.

How do I know I'll get a fair price without a selling agent?

Your appraisal is completed within 24–48 hours of listing and gives you a professional price guide based on real comparable sales. You set your own asking price and remain in full control. If you feel the offers you receive are not meeting your expectations, you are free to take your property to market with a traditional agent at any time — SoldUp is completely non-exclusive.

Is my identity visible to agents or the public?

Your property and identity details are only shown to registered Buyers Agents active in your area. Your details will not be visible on public pages.

Will people come through my home?
