SoldUp Pty Ltd ("SoldUp", "we", "us" or "our") provides a property referral and introduction service connecting property owners with registered Buyer Agents ("Services"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

This Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information through our website, platform and related services ("Platform") if you are:

• A property owner ("Owner") listing a property or enquiring with us
• A Buyer's Agent ("Buyer's Agent") registered or enquiring with us
• A qualified appraiser ("Appraiser")

What personal information do we collect?

We only collect personal information that is necessary to do so to perform the Services. We collect different types of personal information depending on whether you are an Owner, a Buyer's Agent, an Appraiser or a general user of our Platform including but not limited to:

• Property owners (Name, contact information, property address and details)
• Buyer's Agents (Name, contact information, agency and license information, preferences and activity data relating to matched properties)
• Appraisers (Name, contact information, agency and license information and activity data relating to matched properties)

When you visit our website, we may use technologies such as cookies to record your visit by logging your internet protocol address, the date and time of your visit to our site, the pages that you have accessed and the type of browser you were using. We use these for statistical purposes and for marketing and advertising. This type of statistical information and cookies do not identify you. Most web browsers are set to accept tracking technologies such as cookies. If you do not wish to receive any cookies you may set your browser to refuse them. However, your experience on our website may be affected.

How we collect your information

If you are an Owner, we disclose to one Appraiser allocated to your area and matched Buyer's Agents who's preferences match your listing:

• your property details and its private page
• your contact details

You consent to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information in the following ways:

• to third parties who may from time to time develop, upgrade or manage our database, systems, internet site and social media sites;
• to third parties where we outsource any of our functions
• where such use or disclosure is required by law

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. These steps include encryption of data in transit, user authentication controls, access restrictions and role-based access, secure storage using reputable hosting providers and monitoring, logging and security checks. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Data retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and Platform, maintain security and records and comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to legal and operational requirements (for example, financial record-keeping obligations).
